Assistance Dogs and Animals

Modified on Sun, 24 May at 9:54 AM

Trained assistance dogs, or guide dogs in training are very welcome on board our coaches, and we’re committed to supporting customers who rely on them for their journey.

If your assistance dog has a harness or identification jacket, we kindly ask that this is worn while travelling, where possible.

When boarding, the driver or stance staff may ask if your dog is an assistance animal. This is completely routine and helps us make sure we can offer any support you may need to make your journey as comfortable and safe as possible.

If you have any questions or need assistance before you travel, our team will always be happy to help.
