Seat Reservation Not Available

We always aim to ensure you can sit in the seat you’ve reserved. However, on rare occasions, operational reasons may mean your reserved seat isn’t available. 


The driver or stance staff will be able to assist and advise during boarding.  

If this happens, please get in touch using your preferred contact method and provide your booking reference or ticket number(s). We’ll be happy to refund your seat reservation fee(s). 

Seat reservation fees are not refundable if you choose not to travel.
