As well as your ticket for travel, you can add optional extras.
Seat Reservations
Seat Reservations can be added during the booking process. You will be shown a diagram of the seating on the coach you've selected and you can select your preferred seats. Not all seats are reservable and it is not mandatory to pay for a specific seat reservation. Booking a ticket to travel guarantees you a space on the coach.
Seat Reservations are not refundable in instances where you choose not to travel, travel at another time, or choose to sit somewhere else on the coach.
Extra Luggage
Extra Luggage is for any luggage you're travelling with which is not included with your ticket already. Each additional item must meet the luggage dimensions and weight and is charged at £5.00 per item, per journey. You can purchase this when booking online or in the app, or directly from the driver during boarding.
We will carry extra luggage if there is space on the coach. Extra Luggage vouchers are not refundable.
Bike Space (Scotland only)
You can reserve the bike space for free during the booking process. You will be able to reserve the bike space if this is available on your selected journey. Bike space is limited so we recommend booking in advance where possible.
If you don't pre-book, you will be able to travel with your bike if the bike space is available for the duration of your journey.
