You’re very welcome to travel on our services whilst seated in your wheelchair. Each of our coaches has one dedicated wheelchair space, which can be reserved at the time of booking by selecting “Reserve wheelchair space” when choosing the passengers who are travelling.
For everyone’s safety, we’re able to carry wheelchairs with maximum dimensions of 1200mm (length) × 700mm (width) × 1350mm (height). Please note that the height measurement includes the passenger while seated in the wheelchair.
We’re unable to transport powered wheelchairs that use older‑style wet lithium batteries, as these present a fire risk.
We can also store your wheelchair in the luggage hold during your journey if you prefer not to sit in your wheelchair whilst on the coach.
Passengers who use a mobility scooter must transfer to one of the coach seats. We are unable to carry passengers who want to sit in their mobility scooter for their journey. We can carry your mobility scooter in the luggage hold of the coach as long as it breaks down to fit into the hold.
