Your ticket guarantees travel from the stop shown on your booking.
On some routes, you may also be able to board at an alternative stop along the same route using your existing ticket.
For example, if you are booked to travel from Edinburgh Bus Station, you could board at Edinburgh Princes Street instead using your ticket.
Once a ticket has been purchased, the boarding point and destination can’t be changed.
If you think you may need to board at a different stop, we recommend getting in touch with us before you travel or book. Our team will be happy to check whether your ticket will be valid and, if not, help you understand any other options that may be available.
