If you booked your ticket while logged into your online account or the megabus app, it will automatically be available there for you to view and access at any time.
Your confirmation email or text can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Occasionally, emails may be filtered into your junk or spam folder, so please be sure to check there too.

We can resend your ticket using the same delivery option you chose at the time of booking, whether that’s email or text message.
If you purchased your ticket in person at a ticket office, staff there will be able to reprint it for you before you travel.
To avoid any last‑minute stress, we recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible if you need your ticket resent.
