You can identify your coach by checking the service number (for example, FAL or 900) along with the destination shown on the coach.
If you’ve pre‑booked your journey, the service number you need will be clearly listed on your ticket, making it easy to match up when your coach arrives. You can also find the service number on the timetable for your journey.
Please keep in mind that the destination displayed on the coach may be the final stop on the route, which might be different from where you’re travelling to. This is completely normal if your stop comes before the end of the journey.
