Refund for Delay

Our drivers do their best to keep our coaches operating to schedule. However, due to the nature of coach travel on public roads, your coach may be delayed. If this happens we're very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  

If your coach journey has been significantly delayed, our Customer Service team can check if you're eligible for a refund.
